WHAT BRINGS YOU TO YOGA?
A workout, increased flexibility, peace or maybe your girlfriend decided you should try something together. Whatever brought you here, I am truly grateful and I am here to work with you.
I teach most of my classes at a magical place called Four Dragons Institute (see below). I am the sucker in charge of all things yoga here. I love this space. It's peaceful and sacred.
The schedule includes classes specifically for women, teens, vinyasa and restoration. You will also find a complete yoga teacher certification program.

This practice is created to expand on the idea beyond even the postures themselves and weave these powerful concepts practically, off the mat and into your everyday life.
Prepare to work legs, core, arms. Explore postures to open hips, chest and shoulders. Think juicy supple body that is now ready for stillness. The class concludes with long yoga nidra (yoga sleep.
